Note: All users seeing wavy lines using a Wacom Pro Pen 2 with Wacom MSP, Cintiq/Intuos Pro 13” or 16”, please update the tablet pen firmware to address this issue. The update is now available via the Wacom Desktop Center application on your computer.

Apple announced that 10.13 High Sierra will be released on Sep 25th. Wacom is currently working on a driver update to support this OS and will be ready by late Oct. Please note that the existing Wacom driver for 10.12 will NOT work so we suggest not to upgrade to OS 10.13 until the new driver is released.

Hey Wacom users. I've had my Cintiq 21UX DTK since 2010 and other than having to download and reinstall drivers it hasn't given me too many problems and i've been reasonably happy with it...until now. I still keep having driver issues every week or so and it's really interfering with my work, first it was the second crosshair (during calibrating) not recognising my pen clicks now after having the same problem and removing and reinstalling a (new) driver the calibration button on the Wacom Tablet properties window has completely disappeared leaving me unable to calibrate my Cintiq 21UX dtk meaning no pressure sensitivity. I've been having drivers issues for some time now but the missing calibration button is a new one. Any idea what's causing this? I'm currently trying to use the 6.3.15-3 driver.

I'd appreciate any help or advice
