Cintiq 13 not recognised

Postby Flapjack » Sat 1. Jul 2017, 11:08

I recently bought a Cintiq 13HD. I uninstalled previous drivers, installed the new drivers but when I plug it in, the LED doesn't light up and my laptop doesn't recognise it.

I've tried restarting, reinstalling drivers but nothing seems to work. Any help?

The LED should light up when powersupply is connected and the tablet is switched on - even without connection to the computer. If that doesn't happen, the problem can be in powersupply, cable or the unit itself. For testing you can try direct connection of powersupply to the Cintiq without the cable - If it gets power in that case, we can identify a problem in the cable.
