My MSP 13 Battery stop at 95%

windows show the massage "Plugged, not Charging" at 95%
how can i fix it.

That message is more or less normal. When charging Lithium batteries is reaching about 80% charging electronics switches to a slow charging mode and then you can see such messages - same on Macbooks f.e. If the unit is not charging at all, then there is a problem with the hardware and you need to contact customer support.
