DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OS security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. New MacBookPro 2017 and Wacom Cintiq 21"UX 2010 problem

Hi, I bought a NewMacbookPro with Thunderbolt 3 / USB C, I tried to connect the Wacom Cintiq 21" UX (2010) to the MacBookPro with the 2 cables
DVI --> Minisplay Port
MiniDisplay Port --> Thunderbolt 3 (but it does not work)

Then I bought it a new adapter DVI --> USB/C
www.amazon.it/gp/product/B06ZZM5JSR/ (Unfortunately this product also does not work) black screen on Wacom, absolutely no signal.

Today I ordered a new adapter DVI --> USB/C (from StarTech) , I hope it works but I don't know.

I have noticed that in the various threads many people had problems with usb-c.

Any solution?

I've the same problem, but with new imac 2017 with usbc/thunderbolt 3. I bought a usbc to display port + display port to mini display port + minidisplay port to dvi and I bought a usbc to dvi adaptor, but the results are the same: NO SIGNAL. It's a big problem. I need the cintiq for work. Please Wacom tell me how I can connect the Cintiq 21 UX with thunderbolt 3 port.

Ok, After many tests now I successfully attached my Wacom Cintiq 21" UX 2010 to a New MacBook Pro 15" (2017)
with this adapter (from Startech) DVI --> USB/C

Finally this adapter works!

It work also on new iMac 2017! Now I can use my old cintiq again

I tried this with my 21ux on my new imac 21.5 2017. did not work. I got a signal but the display ration was squashed. I talked to wacom support and they have no guaranteed fix.
