New 24-and 32-inch Wacom Cintiq Pro . Don´t buy

Postby tabletone » Fri 28. Jul 2017, 03:43

Unbelievable !!!

Wacom is going to release a new 24- and 32-inch Wacom Cintiq Pro

They didn´t fix the problems with the 13 and 16 cintiq pro and they don´t answer to the customers and now they want to release two new models

I bought a cintiq pro 16 and I couldn´t work with my dell xps . I asked to wacom but they never answered . They have big problems with the thunderbolt 3 connector

If you are going to buy wait for the dell canvas . An school of art asked me my opinion to buy 10 tablets for this september . I told them forget wacom, they released a defective product , and the wacom support is non-existent . Of course I am going to recommend Dell Canvas

Now my choice is going to be Dell canvas , I am sure that is going to be a better solution and cheaper .

Thanks for nothing Wacom .

Its too soon to tell. THis preview makes a good argument for going Cintiq instead of Dell.

The current Cintiq Pro models work fine with many notebooks including Dell XPS 13. Apparently the XPS 15 has trouble with a number of external displays from different manufacturers. We recommend to ask Dell for a fix.

16" and 24" at 4K should be perfect screens to use with a Mac and the HiDpi retina options enabled, (sorry but Windows users can't understand completely what this means because Win 10 handles very different the Hidpi resolutions), the thing is, the annoying fan will be there waiting to drill your ears as is in the Cintiq Pro 16"

No no please! a Cintiq 24" 4K is what I've dreamed since 4K screens appeared!

BUT the fan's whistle of the CP16 is a P.I.T.A.
