DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OS security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Problems with Express Key (Cintiq 27QHD)

Postby Andrea » Sat 19. Aug 2017, 15:33

Hi!

I've got some problems with my Express Key on my CintiqQHD:

- Sometimes, when I click Ctrl+Alt+Z (to go one step back) it automatically goes TWO steps back.
- The same happens with Shift+Ctrl+Z (to go one step forward) it automatically goes TWO steps forward.
- Sometimes, the Touch Ring doesn't answer as needed: when I want the penbrush to be brighter or thinner, it doesn't work properly, it just goes too bright or too small, but not the way I want to.
- Also, when I want to "catch" a color already used on a picture, it doesn't work.

When I used those things with the keyboard, it works properly.

I've already tried to change de USB port, reseat the default properties of the key express, change photoshop in the tablet and uninstall and reinstall the whole tablet.

Can anybody help me?

Thank you in advance,

Andrea.
