Apple announced that 10.13 High Sierra will be released on Sep 25th. Wacom is currently working on a driver update to support this OS and will be ready by late Oct. Please note that the existing Wacom driver for 10.12 will NOT work so we suggest not to upgrade to OS 10.13 until the new driver is released.

Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 - No Signal

I have recently purchased the Cintiq Pro 13 and began my initial setup. However, soon after I came across my first problem. The USB C on my Asus Q553U Notebook PC was not supported by the Cintiq display. Due to my computer having an HDMI port, I decided to purchase the "Insignia™ - Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI Adapter". Using the Wacom Link that was shipped with the Cintiq, I plugged each of the corresponding inputs to their outputs. (Mini Display to HDMI, HDMI to PC, Mini Display to Wacom Link, USB to PC, USB to Wacom Link, USB C to Cintiq) After doing so, the same "No Signal" message appeared. (My laptop does still receive data from the Cintiq, for the Wacom application does show the Cintiq as a connected display.) To test if the display was faulty, I connected it's USB C to my friend's HP Specter x360 and it worked perfectly. Please guide me through this problem and inform me if my laptop will never be able to work alongside the Cintiq. Thanks, and get back to me ASAP so the 30 day return policy does not expire!

For a direct USB-C to USB-C connection of the Cintiq Pro, the USB-C on the computer needs to support 'USB-C Alternate Mode / Displayport'. Unfortunately, not all computers with USB-C support this mode. In this case you need to use the Wacom Link adapter included. Attach one cable to USB - this is for the tablet data part of the device - and a displayport cable for the display portion.
