Apple announced that 10.13 High Sierra will be released on Sep 25th. Wacom is currently working on a driver update to support this OS and will be ready by late Oct. Please note that the existing Wacom driver for 10.12 will NOT work so we suggest not to upgrade to OS 10.13 until the new driver is released.

ExpressKey remote modifiers not working after a while

Postby ChromeCintiq » Mon 28. Aug 2017, 17:06

Hi, I'm using a cintiq pro 16 with an expresskey remote. The drivers I'm running are: 6.3.23-1
After a few hours of continuous usage the modifiers (Ctrl, Alt, Shift) that I've mapped to the remote key first start behaving weirdly (they stay pressed) and than stop working all together. The only momentary fix is restarting the pc.
I'm running windows 10.
Restarting the remote doesn't help(the problem is still present)
Every other key mapped to the remote works with no problem.
Almost always when this happens the following warning appears (since the new driver updates this happened to me once and this warning did not show):

Code: Select all

Tablet Driver
Low Battery Warning: for continuous operation of your wireless device, connect it to a power supply immediately.

The battery on the remote is NOT low.
Restarting the Cintiq pro 16 doesn't help.
Any suggestion?

Can you answer? Report a bug? Tell me to throw it into the garbage, anything?
