Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. REFURBISHED Cintiq 27QHD Touch

Postby ARTEHAGA » Tue 29. Aug 2017, 19:51

I bought for 2.000 pounds UK the Cintiq 27QHD Touch and in the box it says it was builded in January 2016, but it came faulty and it makes a fan noise coming from the top right side.
The only rational solution Wacom Europe can give me after so many emails is to give me a Refurbished Cintiq 27QHD Touch builded in December 2014..

Does anyone know if the two Cintiqs are exactly the same build?? I probably take the refurbished if I dont notice any mayor fault but I just want to make sure at least they are exactly the same components and chips and everything identical inside of the monitor ( I am scared the one builded in 2016 have some hardware fix that the 2014 doesnt or something like this).

THank you very much in advance,
