Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 - colors are off

Postby Sabiii » Thu 31. Aug 2017, 18:53

Hello,

I got a Cintiq Pro 16 and most colors especially blue shades are off. I spent hours trying to fix that in display settings but it's still not close enough to my MacBook screen. Other generations of cintiqs works perfectly on my mac. Please how can I solve this issue?

Does the Cintiq Pro show the same behavior on other computers as well?
Did you run all Firmware updates?
Did you reset the screen to factory defaults already?
