Cintiq pro 16 offset

Postby gillou19 » Thu 31. Aug 2017, 21:23

I just get my cintiq pro 16 but I have a really annoying problem.
Sometime when power on my cintiq the working area of the pen extend to my external monitor ( that mean I have an offset on my cintiq and only a small portion avaible, the cursor goes on the second monitor depending of the area )
What is weird, is that it's not always the case, that mean there is probabley a solution to force the cintiq pen to stick to the cintiq monitor...
This is happening very often... I wasn't able to find a solution.

I'm on windows 10.

Please help me

I haven't seen this problem yet, but it looks like some part of the driver was not properly initialized. That could depend on timing during startup. - I recommend to restart the driver, when that happens. To do this make a backup of settings when evrything is configured and working: Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup Settings -> Backup. Place a local settings backup on the desktop and when the issue comes again, doubleclick on that file (or use it from Wacom Desktop Center -> Restore Settings).

This is common behaviour for my Cintiq, every time the computer wakes up from sleep the cursor is offset and requires me to turn the Cintiq off and on again to fix the issue.

Thanks for you answers !
It seems that the problem has gone for now. I didn't do anything... It's kind of weird ...
Hope it won't come back ...
