Bamboo Fun suddenly not working properly (Win 7)

Worked fine until recently but now when I hover the pen over the tablet, the cursor just jerks around, so I can't use it. Buttons on both pen and tablet work fine, and the eraser end has the same issue so it's not the nib.

I've uninstalled and re-installed drivers, unplugged it, restarted PC etc but no dice.

Any ideas?
