Intuos 3D - hand on the tablet makes stylus jittery.

Postby HoldenCorps » Thu 21. Sep 2017, 23:48

Hi,

I just got my Intuos #3D tablet yesterday. I like it but I can't draw straight because when I rest my hand on the tablet it stutters between the pen and my hand, making lines jittery and disconnected. I looked through the settings for a while but didn't see an option to not detect contact with skin, because drawing with the stylus vertically pointing down is really awkward and uncomfortable.

Is there a solution to this?

I think the firmware has issues with rejecting "palm" when multi-touch functionality is set on. What you could do is try to disable touch functionality and see if that helps.
