CTH-680 - Pen Froze on the Grab Tool - CS5

Postby Sfavata » Sat 14. Oct 2017, 08:15

Just refreshed my system with clean install of OS X Yosemite and then CS5 apps. Later downloaded Wacom driver 6.3.24-1.

Upon restart, the tablet is recognised in CS5 AI/PS, but no matter what app tool I select, the Grab tool remains.

Didn't see anything in the Wacom Utility, my CS5 apps are present. I've not made any app specific mods.

Everything worked 100% fine before, now...

I can install the driver from the CD if necessary. Thoughts?

Unplug the tablet and check if the problem remains - might be a button on your keyboard got stuck. If all is fine, replug the tablet, then open tablet properties and go to About/Info -> diagnose: check whether one of the table/pen buttons is permanently pressed and sending the command to grab.
