I dropped my Wacom Bamboo CTH-470 and I don't know what to do

I've had the same Bamboo CTH-470 (2nd gen I think) tablet since 2012. It's occasionally hit the floor over the past six years with no issue. However, two days ago it fell on the ground and now it barely responds to my pen when connected to either PC or Mac computers whence it did before.

I've replaced the drivers on the computer and restarted it and plugged and unplugged everything with no results. The pen nibs are fine too. (edit:and it responds to my finger just fine too)

So is there an internal problem with the tablet? And how do I go about resolving it?
