Windows activates Windows Ink as soon as any pen device is detected - whether that is from Wacom or another manufacturer. Wacom recommends to turn off Windows Ink in the driver for applications, where it doesn't work well - that includes f.e. Excel on our office machines.
I know, but this problem is even if I have uncheck "Use Windows Ink" in Wacom Tablet Properties. This issue start from Wacom Driver version 6.3.28-3, version 6.3.27-2 is working well.
