I have added the registry entry as suggested, restarted the computer and the problem with the scroll is still not fixed.

reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

the pointer is stuck instead of moving while pressing pen click button to do the scroll.

This is driving me mad as it affect all the software I'm using. it's like someone changed your mouse to work upside down and now you need to get used to the new functionality.

any other suggestions?

Roll back to driver 6.3.27-2 like me. :)
