Hurricane Florence Alert:
A rather large hurricane is set to hit the East Coast of the United States at the end of this week. Because of its size and threat to life & property there have already been significant evacuations in the areas expected to be hit worst. Hopefully things do not turn out as bad, but we will probably see shipping delays to and from that area (our North America distribution center is in Memphis, TN, close to the area).
If you are in the US region and you order something during this period, please see check https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page?id=alert1 for possible alerts.

Intuos Pro - bug?

Postby gianlu176 » Wed 25. Oct 2017, 08:50

i have an issue with my Pen-Tablet and iMac.
Since the last release of OS Sierra and now with the new OS High Sierra... using the tablet with both Paintshop and Lightroom, but also as a mouse...
Simply laying the pen on the tablet, trying to use a brush or a trimmer, instead of properly working as it was till last june/july a yellow back ground as a sheet of paper appears, and like a stretch of pen i could start writing or drawing.
Did anybody experience anything like that, if yes could you fix it?

Best
Gianluca
