Blue Tooth problems

I just got a new Intuos Pro the other day, and the Blue Tooth is extremely unreliable. I'll have it working fine, then I'll go away for five minutes and it will have stopped working and I'll need to plug it back in again. Sometimes it disconnects while I'm using it, and others it won't connect at all, even though in my Blue Tooth settings it says it's "paired" It's just a mess. Any suggestions?

Make sure the tablet BT firmware is updated. Next check the BT settings of your computer. Depending on the configuration, BT may go to power saving mode for example. On some computers Bluetooth signals interfere with Wifi, in other cases BT and Wifi use the same antenna and both need to be enabled. If you are using an Android system, activate 'location based services' - some Android systems have unstable Bluetooth operation, if location based services is Off.
