Undo button doesn't work

Postby Dreamsage » Wed 22. Nov 2017, 20:50

I just bought an Intuos Art - and it's amazing! But the Undo button doesn't work.
Everything else works perfectly, ctrl+z works too. I tried to re-assign the function as "undο" or "ctrl-z" from the wacom desktop center, but it didn't change anything (the default function is "ctrl") How may I make it work?

For most programs Ctrl+Z is used as Undo command. That might not be correct for all apps, and some programs do not support Undo. So if that is button not working, first check that Ctrl+Z from the keyboard has the desired effect. Check in the driver that the button is working, re-assign keystroke -> Ctrl Z. - If still not ok, we can report a bug to the driver team, but need to know your operating system, language, driver version and application.

Thank you for your reply.
The keyboard's ctrl+z works. In Wacom tablet properties I tried both undo and reassign keystroke ({Ctrl}z is the code that appears at the "define keystroke" window). The problem seems to only appear in Photoshop, which is is what I mostly use. In Corel the button works perfectly (although the assigned button there is bottom left instead of top right). If there was a way to get Photoshop's undo to be in the same position it would also be good.
My operating system is Windows 10 Home, and I use English as main language. I am currently looking for my driver version and will post shortly - the problem seems to be attached to Photoshop though.
