I obviously did download a new copy and retried the installation. I also uninstalled wacom, restartet my PC, reinstalled it and tried to reinstall the driver.
There is no (64) folder in my System32 folder, guess that's the problem.

What do I do?

Tablet is INTUOS pen & touch CTH-480

The 5.3.5 driver is for Bamboo tablets and not Intuos. The latest Windows driver for Intuos tablets is 6.3.25-5. - (If you need the 5.3.5 driver, you can rename the extension to .ZIP and unpack it first, then start the extracted setup.exe file. Works fine here.)
