Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

CTL 470K Problems After Fall Creator Update

Since 2012, I own Wacom BamBoo Fun CTL 470K.
Had it on Windows XP, through Windows 7, and Windows 10.

Since November 30th, I've updated Windows 10, and my tablet doesn't function properly anymore. Used to be perfectly fine before the update.

I did all the suggested solutions, reinstall right drivers, switch usb ports, switch pen nibs, disable Windows Ink.
But nonetheless, the problem still remains. Where I can't draw strokes with lower pressure sensitivity, and have press on hard to barely draw any. Same way, I can't drag icons/things. It's like a faulty ball pen, where you have to press on hard to write something.

Additional info:
My diodes on the keyboard (Steelseries APEK 100) do not light up, with Num Lock, Scroll Lock and Caps Lock, buttons do function, but the diodes do not light up, only when I boot up my PC. Only Windows key lock diode lights up.

If possible test the tablet on another computer/os to exclude a hardware failure. - You can also check pen pressure in the driver diagnostics (Press Ctrl while clicking on About in the control panel). - The tablet shouldn't have any effect on the LEDs, is that only when the tablet is attached ? Could be insufficient (USB) power and that could effect the tablet as well.

Apparently, after testing it on separate PC, laptop running on un-updated win 7 in that case.
Even without installing drivers, I've encountered the same problem. Looks like the pen is broken.

And the Kayboard problem is a very common one. So case's solved.
