Registration
Due to extremely high traffic volume the Wacom store and product registration pages have been expecting technical difficulties.
The server issues have now been resolved and product registration is up and running, however please see below when trying to register.

Please go to http://www.wacom.com/register to complete your registration.
  • If when trying to register your product the page is not loading at all. Please try again in 24 hours as this is caused by high traffic at the moment.
  • If you are receiving the message that your SBD key is invalid or may have already used. This message may indicate that your first attempt to register went through, but due to the delay from the web page, it did not send you to the next step.
    • Click on the “My Account” menu from the top left of the page and select “My Library.” Due to the traffic on the site currently, this may take a several minutes to load, if it does not load, please try again later.
    • Once in My Library, if your registration went through, you will see a section for “unsaved apps” click on this link, and complete the software selection for your registration.
  • If you did receive the Invalid SBD key message, and the steps above did not work, please contact us at http://www.wacom.com/support/contact-support with the following information:
    • Tablet Model number
    • Tablet name (ie. Intuos Art, Intuos Comic)
    • Tablet Serial number
    • SBD key number
