DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver will be released early this week. Keep an eye out in the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OS security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Intuos Pro: Blinking light, no cursor movement, driver "failed to install"; combatibility issue?

Postby mettacine » Sat 30. Dec 2017, 23:29

I literally have 0 clue what to do.

I installed the driver 10 times, uninstalled it, restarted my computer, turned the tablet on and off, unplugged it, etc. etc.
This is not a problem with the cord or USB, the computer registers the tablet.

A quick summary of what has happened:
- The desktop center says there is no device, but says the driver is good.
- My computer says that the driver does not work, however.
- My computer makes the noise indicating that the tablet is connected, with both the wireless and cable.
- The light only blinks, and sometimes it's dark.
- The tablet isn't functioning, so I can't draw. (Ironic, because art is a way I take out anger)
- My old computer works with the tablet.

I can't currently contact Wacom due to the hotline being down.

Which tablet model is it ? Wacom Intuos Pro Medium or Large ? Or the older Intuos Pro with the wireless kit ? If it is the older model, take out the battery and connect by wire. Blinking can indicate that the tablet tries wirelessly even though connected by cable.
