Hey, thanks for the reply. I've installed Latencymon and ran a pretty thorough test. All clear, latency nominal, no issues with the wacom process or drivers even though I'm still having the same issues.

Like I said, this is a new PC that I built myself. I don't think this is an issue with latency or hardware or anything like that. I've only had this problem since the Fall Creator's update on two separate computers, so I'm certain it's caused by that somehow.

Thanks for the idea, though.

I was happy to see that there was a driver update recently-- I installed it immediately thinking they had fixed the issue. However, this was sadly not the case. It works the same as before.

I've re-contacted Microsoft, and they gave me a "our engineers are looking into it" and haven't replied since. I haven't been able to do my work in months.

I've pretty much given up hope. Is there anything else I could try besides buying a new tablet outright?

Well, I bought a brand new tablet (Intuos BT M) and guess what! Same issues. I am beyond disappointed in both windows and wacom... I've tried 20 different things at this point and there's just nothing more I can do besides wait for an update that may or may not fix my issues.

But it seems hope is not entirely lost-- there was a slight tablet functionality tweak in the latest Cumulative update (I'm updating right now! really hope I can finally be done with this nonsense!) and I've also heard whispers from some windows beta testers of a Spring Creator's Update that fixes the tablet issues.

as always, if anyone has any new troubleshooting ideas, I'd really love to hear them. Thanks.
