Postby lightningbolt13 » Mon 22. Jan 2018, 01:29

my tablet refuses to properly connect and it's been like this all day. i've reinstalled my driver, uninstalled, restarted my computer, and unplugged it multiple times, trying to connect it in both ports. the light is flashing but it wont stop and its been doing this for hours. i don't know what to do.

Which tablet model is it ? If it is an Intuos with wireless kit and light is flashing even when you try connection by cable: open the back cover and take out the battery. Then connect by cable and if needed reset or restore the driver settings. - For other tablet models the light flashing indicates that the tablet device could not be recognized by the operating system - Windows may show an error in device manager.
This could be trouble with the low level HID driver, try to replace that - it could also be a hardware problem like a bad cable or faulty tablet.
