Intuos Pen&Touch (2014) not working

Postby mumage » Thu 25. Jan 2018, 18:43

Hello, at the end of 2015 I bought this tablet. It worked on XP, though it was for Windows Vista, 7 and 8. For some time it worked normally, but then when I was trying to move the cursor with a pen, it started moving everywhere and this blue light on the tablet wasn't always glowing. I reinstalled it with drivers from the CD but it didn't work. Today I wanted to do something about it, I've installed drivers from wacom's drivers page (now I have win 10) and it still doesn't work. The cursor still moves like crazy and the blue light isn't always glowing. What can I do about this? The surface of the tablet is a little bit scratched, but when I use Touch Mode, it works normally, even when I run through this scratch with my finger. Please, help, I don't want to waste my money. Also, sorry if my choice of words or grammar is pretty weird, I'm not 100% fluent in English.

When the screen pointer jumps around or jitters, unplug and replug the USB cable, if possible use another USB port, and turn off touch for testing. If it works ok with touch off, move the tablet to differen positions - away from other devices - touch sensors can sometimes be sensitive to other electrical devices around.
