intuos pro medium (2017) bluetooth firmware files needed!

Postby ahsalehi » Thu 1. Feb 2018, 08:38

Hi everyone

my intuos pro medium paper edition pth-660p was working fine via bluetooth until a month ago when i tried to update the bluetooth firmware and it got disconnected accidentally and the process failed.

I continued using my tablet normally for a few more days until I decided to unpair the BT connection. But when i tried to pair it again realized that it is no longer discoverable with any devices including my laptop which I was working on a few minutes ago.

I know that the firmware somehow messed up the discoverability of my tablet and now it is not detected by any devices. (yes I reset the tablet, cleaned its temp memory and done the pairing procedure correctly!)

so if anyone has the firmware files please give me a call so that I could get my tablet to work again
and if you havent updated the bluetooth firmware yet, there might be a chance to leech the installation files!

I appreciate any help from you all good people
Thanks!

You're probably out of luck - I had something similar happen last year with a PTH-860. Ended up having to send the tablet back to Wacom to be replaced under warranty.
