Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Bluetooth LED Doesn't Turn On

While trying to set up my tablet for wireless, I learned that my tablet does not go into Bluetooth mode?
I have plugged in all the options included with my tablet (Intuos Pro S) yet after turning on the tablet I
will hold down the touch ring middle button for anywhere between 2-7 seconds and the blue led will not
turn on? Am I missing something?

Whenever I turn it on, the white top left LED flashes five times.

This is the Wacom Intuos Pro from 2017 or the older model ? For the 2017 model you should see the LED on the right side of the tablet (opposite of the touchring) fashing blue. The touchring LEDs only indicate, if the tablet is On/Off and which of the 4 touchring functions is active.

I got it beginning of 2017 I believe, so it could be either sadly. My tablet has never had a blue LED shine from what I've seen, and it does not come up on the Bluetooth list for my computer.

Check the model product code: DTH... is a 2017 model. PTH.. is the older version, that had no böuetooth but could be equipped with a wireless connection kit.
