Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. Mac OS 10.14 Mojave Driver Update:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. Intuos Pro M Driver Installation gets stuck at 30% [Windows8]

Hi all,
Well I've had my Intuos Pro M for about more than 3 years now and even up until yesterday it worked fine. Sometimes the tablet driver glitches and I have to reinstall it - annoying issue but I've dealt with it up till now. But today I had a similar problem again and uninstalled my driver. When I tried reinstalling it, it kept getting stuck at about 30% into the installation. I tried using different USB ports and even downloaded the latest driver. I'm not even sure what the problem is. I have projects that need to get done soon so this is being a huge hassle. Any kind of helpful advice would be appreciated. Here's a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/J7jQs

I know reinstalling the OS is one thing to consider, but it's a tonne of work and it's not guaranteed to work at this point... so I'm wondering if there's a more efficient solution. Thanks for reading!

We haven't been able to reproduce this, it could help us, if you send us the install.log file (from c:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom) to technical support. Apart from that: Unplug the tablet, uninstall the driver, restart Windows, make sure that Windows is fully up-to-date (the driver will try to download and install missing libraries such as .Net etc and that can take a while), temporarily turn off antivirus software and install again.
