Wacom Intuos Pen&Touch not working

Hello. I have been experiencing some problems with my Wacom Intuos Pend&Touch tablet.
About a year ago, it started connecting/disconnecting randomly, and sometimes the driver would not work, and sometimes (or should I say VERY frequently) the tablet would start to "draw" on its own (constant clicking and making random lines when I didn't even touch it), the blue light flickering, etc...

Now, all problems associated with the driver are fixed but today my tablet wasn't recognized at all by the computer, as if I had plugged in nothing...But the white and blue lights would light up when the tablet was plugged in and if I hovered and scribbled with the stylus on the tablet, but it did no effect to my computer, it didn't let me draw. I opened up the driver only to find that apparently nothing is plugged in and when I try to access my tablet's parameters it says that the tablet was not found in the system.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know how can I fix this problem? Is it from the tablet itself, the cable or the computer?
