Intuos pro 4 = Alt+ right click freezes pen

Postby efreetcs » Tue 13. Mar 2018, 01:49

Hello,
I installed the 6.3.29-3 drivers, and now i can't use my shortcut "Alt+ right click" on my button on my pen.
It freezes the pencil and it can't move.
I must restart the "WTabletServicePro" / "Wacom Professionnal Service" to get my pen back.
If i use again the "alt + right click" shortcut, it freezes again etc etc.

Fresh installation of the drivers, reboot of the computer.
Windows 10 last drivers etc.

Check button settings in the driver. We have change default setting for the pen, so that the button scrolls the document in Win10 without having to move the pen to the scroll bar. When using the function the pointer does not move, only the document moves. - If the problem is something else, I suggest to revert to the previous driver.
