Tablet not found, tried everything

Intuos, Intuos Pro, Bamboo, Graphire, etc.

Tablet not found, tried everything

I have an Intuos 2 and I run windows 10, a few months ago after an update my driver stopped working so i :
1: uninstalled and reinstalled drivers allong with restarting evertthing ( but didnt work
2 then I went to services and restarted the wacom professional services and restarted the computer( it then began saying no tablet found)
3: I went into wacom tablet preferences and removed all user preferences then restarted again, uninstalled and reinstalled ( would still say no tablet found)
4: I have also moved the usb plug to all the usb hookups I have and would still say there is no tablet found, it would read the pet touches but no sensitivity or mapping

What am I missing?
