Problem With Pen Driver

Intuos Pro L. Windows 10. The latest cumulative update for Windows 10 on 3/27/18 caused my Wacom to go wonky. If draw with the pen horizontally in PS CC, then it works as it's supposed to. If, however, you draw vertically, the pen turns into a scroll function and moves the picture. Same with any of the pen type tools. (healing brush, clone tool, pen, etc.) This has been mentioned numerous times on adobe forum boards, but I didn't see anything here. Is Wacom doing anything to address this problem. It's kinda ESSENTIAL to have the pen tool work in PS.

I saw that there is a new driver out today. It did nothing to address the problem.

Did you try to turn off 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet driver ? Since Win10 Fall Creators Update Microsoft has changed the functionality for the stylus in programs using Windows Ink (like Photoshop).
