Screen dimd when touching tablet

Postby Razyar » Sat 14. Jul 2018, 15:16

I'm using a fully-updated Windows 10 laptop and Intuos Pro M Paper Edition.

Every time I touch the tablet in Photoshop the screen dims while drawing. It goes back to its brighter colour when I lift the pen. Adjusting the screen's brightness disables pressure sensitivity - I assume this means the driver crashed, as restarting it returns sensitivity and, for a certain timeframe, also the dimming. Does anybody have a solution? It's amazingly annoying.

Does that happen only in Photoshop ? Or other pressure sensitve software as well ? Does that happen also when you turn off Windows Ink ? If not, you can user other methods for pressure sensitivity in Photohop or try to adjust Windows ink (TabletPC) Settings.
