New Operating System releases:
macOS 12 ("Monterey") support: Is there a driver for macOS 12 Monterey?
Windows 11 support: Is there a driver for Windows 11?

Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

Pen doesn´t draw until I drag it.

Sometimes my pen will work properly, and sometimes it doesn't.

The problem is > I put my stylus on the tablet and it wont draw, just until I move it a a certain distance, ink will appear, this limits me from doing small lines since, for lines to appear, I have to drag it away from the starting point.

This happens in every drawing program, I am not sure if its a shortcut or something I set up by accident, or anything else, It has been driving me crazy for the last months, restarting my computer doesn't fix it either, the problem just comes and goes and I have no idea why.
Please help me!

Which OS is this?
Windows? Then please check if unchecking "Use Windows Ink" in the driver helps.

Pen pressure is working just fine, the problem is after placing my pen down and pressing it wont do anything, after moving my pen a little bit then the line will start off, like a certain distance away from where I started.

Kind of like this:

Starting point is when I pressed my stylus on the tablet.
(Starting point) (Blank space)(Line finally starts)

x (NOTHING)(NOTHING)(NOTHING) _________________________

I know this post is very old, but for anyone having the same problem, this worked for me.

Depending on your pen, if it has a driver for it, you might need to install it. Usually, after installing and using it, the pen will work much smoother for all drawing apps.

I've been having this issue for a few days and I can't have this happen. I have art school starting in a few weeks and I really need this tablet. How on earth did you get it to work? I don't know what else to do.

Hi Sam,

This initial report is quite old so maybe it's not about the same exact issue you are experiencing. It would help if you gave us some more details about your hardware and operating system. As suggested above, start by making sure you have the correct driver installed: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers

I did install the driver and it was working perfectly until yesterday when the same problem arose yet again.
