Still bugs in driver 6.3.20-4

Postby enkaytee » Tue 10. Jan 2017, 16:38

Sorry to say that the bug which causes the tablet driver to 'crash' when an Express Key is pressed is still there in 6.3.20-4. I've found that the most recent driver that doesn't do this on my Intuos PT-S (Photo) is 6.3.18-4, which seems to only be available from the Wacom Asian support site: http://support.wacom.asia/en/tablet-dri ... ts_tid=All

Quite frustrating as I rely on the Express Keys for workflows in many apps...

Honestly, i am very disappointed by Wacom Lately.
I am an old Intuos User (about 12 years) and my new intuos Pro has not worked properly 1 single time since i bought it 1 year ago despite many calls at the hotline, many driver upgrades, Instal, uninstalled, reinstall… > a lot of wasted time…
Bugs keep going and totally ruin my workflow as i am an heavy tablet user. what is going on ?
I used to love working on Intuos and now I am forced to use my mouse again so I am exasperated by multiple functional bugs (Shift click lock, text selection half disable…)
This is a terrible user Experience
