Touch User Mode Driver crash

Hello. I have a Wacom Intuos Pro M and I've having complete system crash for a months already.

I noticed the responsible of this was the process called "Touch User Mode Driver" (Wacom_TouchUser.exe).
When I have "Touch User Mode Driver" running, eventually two things happen, it simply stops working or it freezes my PC and requires hard reset.

For months I've forcefully ended the process "Touch User Mode Driver", causing "Tablet Service for professional driver" (Wacom_Tablet.exe) to up the CPU use to 10-15%, which wasn't a problem, but since the latest Windows updates, using my tablet without the "Touch User Mode Driver" causes excessive lag to the point it's impossible to do anything anymore.

Now I have to chose either to draw with unbearable lag or scared for a system crash which requires hard reset and won't even give me the chance to save my work.
My Wacom drivers and Windows 10 are both fully updated, and I have already reinstalled my Wacom drivers.
Every time windows updates it seems to get worse, but I want to undo my Windows updates since the Wannacry ransomware incident happened.
