Wacom One cursor gets stuck and can't move vertically

Postby subhasiscgr » Tue 1. Jan 2019, 08:27

My Wacom is a CTL 671/K(A). It works fine, but very often the cursor gets stuck at the bottom of the screen. It happens when I withdraw the pen from the surface's detection range then place it back on the surface again. Immediately the mouse cursor goes straight to the bottom of the screen and starts jumping up and down. It can follow the pen along the H axis, but not along the V axis.

To retrieve it, I must bring the pen to the bottom of the tab and drag it upwards.

When I set my tablet to force proportion mode, the cursor completely vanishes below taskbar (because there is unreserved space on the tablet at the bottom). When I disable the force proportion mode, I can see the mouse cursor quivering. When I set the tablet to mouse mode, the same thing happens, but this time instead of bottom the cursor gets stuck at its last position (vertically. It can still follow the pen horizontally).

This is driving me insane. Is there any solution?

Looks like there is an issue with the pen sensor. You should contact the customer support team: https://support.wacom.com
