PTH-651 doesn't detect the pen.

PTH-651 doesn't detect the pen.

Hello,

after installation, the tablet (PTH-651) doesn't detect the pen in "wacom tablet properties". However, when I stop the service "WTabletServicePro" the pen starts to work. When I start the service, the pen doesn't respond. I tried different drivers on different systems (win7 32/64bits, win10) and the same problem.
What's the cause?

I have not seen this issue yet. It should always be the other way around. The pen should only work if the service is running.

I am not able to reproduce under Windows 10. I cannot test in Windows 7.
Do you have any other peripheral driver installed? Have you made a clean driver install according to: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support?guideTitle=How-do-I-uninstall-(manually)-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-Windows-for-a-Pen-Tablet%2C-Pen-Display%2C-or-Pen-Computer%3F&guideId=ce67b2c8-4f6f-47c8-93cd-4c6581992d1c

Please contact our support: https://support.wacom.com. We will probably need to collect some log files.
