How do I input the choice of Photoshop 2019cc into Applications, at present All Others and Corel Painter 2019 are present, when I press the + button I am lost what to do and where to go.

Also I have to check the Pressure Compatability button at Options at the Applications page although I am using Wacom Intuos Pro medium purchased November 2018 to get sizing on pen to work well

Hi,
Have you checked the steps here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support?guideTitle=What-are-Application-Specific-Settings%3F&guideId=67bb6493-f13a-4f12-b3d2-1daf9a7142b8
You should be able to manually add Photoshop if you follow these steps.

Thank you Wacom 5, I have managed to add Photoshop 2019 to the application page following your instruction above, it was not an easy navigation to that entry.

That now leaves me with the option page that requires me to check the Pressure compatibility button to get pen pressures, surely this should not be necessary for an Adobe Photoshop 2019cc, this is not an older program? Your comment would be appreciated.

Are you using Photoshop with Windows Ink or did you change to Wintab? See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2134092 for reference.
Photoshop and Adobe have several issue with Windows Ink so a lot of users change to the older Wintabservice.
Pressure is read by the software so if you need to check the compatibility button it means that PS is not being able to read the 8k levels of pressure provided by the driver.

Thanks again Wacom5, your reply is appreciated.
I will study the advice and try to get my head around all those comments.
