PTH-451 Intuos Pro Mojave Touch but no pen Function

Hey, I have a PTH-415 Intuos pro purchased off of ebay. I have installed the latest drivers as well as previous drivers to to try and get it working properly. The touch works perfectly but I have no use for that. I need the pen to work and its totally unresponsive.

I do think there could be an issue with the tablet but I dont see how the touch could still work? I have enabled the Mojave accessibility change as well. does anyone else have some magic fix for this kind of issue?

Start by making sure the pen is compatible with the tablet.
Test the eraser end of the pen and check the Driver diagnostics (Wacom Tablet Preferences > About > Diagnose)
