Replacement of Paint Surface on Intus Pro 2015

Hi everyone,

i am new here because i did not find anything online about this issue.

My Problem is that my Intuos Pro from 2015 is meanwhile a LOT in use and the painting surface gathered a few scretches over the past years.
I just would like to replace it with a new sheet like i did with my old Intuos 3 but there seems no way to do this and nothing to buy in this direction.

Has anyone experience with this issue? any hint what i could do?

The only option we can offer is to replace the surface through repair but this might not be available in your region. Please contact our support - https://support.wacom.com
