Intuos Pro Medium wont Turn On/Connect

My Intuos Pro Medium was working fine but now it will not turn on or be recognized by my computer. It is the 2015 model and I don't know about any reset or power buttons that other people mention when it comes to trying to fix it. I know that I have unbricked several droid phones by reflashing bios, but I cannot find such information about this tablet. My brother may have applied a firmware update that "surprise" may have been unstable enough to brick my tablet but he is still young and I don't know what really happened. Are their other people with this problem? How can I try to fix this without throwing my wallet at Wacom?

Hi.
Just to be clear, there is no firmware update for the Intuos Pro 2015 so your brother is off the hook. Did you try using a different USB cable?
Does the USB port on the tablet feel "lose"? Most likely the issue you have is a broken USB port. Either way, please contact our support - https://support.wacom.com

Will I be able to use any Usb-cord to power my tablet or should it be l-shaped? How does the battery fit in it?

Any standard Mini USB cable should work as long as it fits the socket. The battery slot is for the wireless module and should be included with the tablet but if your tablet has no power through the cable, you won't be able to charge it.
