Intuos Pro L, pull the battery out, wait a minute. If you are running Windows 10 disable Sleep. Start / Gear / System / Power & sleep / Sleep set to Never.

This same problem has happened to me. Was working perfectly last night. Updated driver last night, went to bed, come back today and left buttons and touch ring all dead, LEDs are off, but tablet still working and LEDs on tablet still on. Same as other reporting. I have a hard time believing this problem is not related to the update so I am attempting to reinstall with previous driver now. Will report back the result of this and curious if anyone has found a solution for this??

Just try restarting the driver using the Driver check from Wacom Desktop Center. WDC > Support > Driver check > Check > Restart driver

Windows might be preventing the driver from recovering from sleep properly.
