Error: no supported tablet has been found

Postby HappyMilk » Tue 31. Jan 2017, 03:52

A friend gifted me his tablet (Bamboo Pen CTL-460) several years ago. I'm now using it again in my new laptop, but I can't find the installation CD. If I just plug it, it works, but I need to map the tablet to the screen and to set the pressure settings, however I can't access to Wacom Settings. I tried installing several drivers, but no one works (when I try to open Wacom Settings it says that no supported tablet has been found in the system). Which driver should I install, or how do I fix this problem?

OK, I know it's not right to "bump" posts, but it's been two weeks now and there isn't a single answer to my problem. It's got 200+ views while there're posts with less views and more answers. Now it's even in the second page of the forum. What does this mean? If I can't solve this problem, just tell me so I can stop waiting for an answer. Thank you.

You need the 5.3.7-6 driver, you have probably been trying the 6.x.x versions which are for the newer tablets.

Sorry, I didn't specify: I use Windows 10, not Mac. In the drivers page it says that the driver 5.3.7-6 is for Mac. I've tried other Windows drivers (5.3.5-3, .3-2, 5.2.5-5a and 5.05-7) and they work all the same.
