First-time poster here. Just want to add my voice to the list of people facing driver issues. As others have described, my pen stops responding in certain apps--namely Clip Stuiod--after brief periods of use. I'm on Mac OS Sierra and using a Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch. Very disappointed that my new tablet isn't working properly.
Also, the Wacom Desktop Center indicates that there is a new driver update, 6.3.20-8 (I'm currently on 6.3.19-10), but every time I try to download the update, it downloads the whole thing but thing gives me an error message upon attempting to install. Anyone else having this? I can't update the faulty driver. Very frustrating!! Would appreciate some form of acknowledgement and action from Wacom.

Driver 6.3.19-6 - STILL BUGGY
Re: Driver 6.3.19-6 - STILL BUGGY
What error do you get ? Make sure to uninstall the previous driver first, then installation should run fine - so far we are not aware of an installation issue with this version (though the installation may stop if your OSX version is too old and not anymore supported.)

Re: Driver 6.3.19-6 - STILL BUGGY
Oh, haha, I guess that was it, sorry. Got a little confused because I was notified of the driver update by way of the Wacom Desktop Center, but apparently that had to be uninstalled in order to successfully download the update?? Or I don't know, but in any case it worked. No problems with the latest driver so far, but I've only spent about three hours with it.
For reference, the message I had been getting didn't have a proper error code or anything, it just kept telling me I needed to restart and try again.
Thanks for responding!

Re: Driver 6.3.19-6 - STILL BUGGY
I went back to previous drivers, I believe I started with 6.3.11 and installed up to 6.3.17. Windows 7 64 bit. They work but opening photoshop gives me an error message "driver version mismatch" and the pen settings stop working.
To be clear, 6.3.19 and 6.3.20 the pen doesn't work at all. Right now I am assuming Wacom has ceased supporting windows 7 but I can't get any real answers from customer support.

Version 6-3-20-8 seems to have solved my problems under Mac OS Sierra (10.12.3).

Hi! Do you have Shaky, Jittery, Wobbly, Jagged lines on you configuration in Photoshop?
Re: Driver 6.3.19-6 - STILL BUGGY
This is caused by a known problem of OSX 10.12.x. A bug has been filed with Apple. - If your tablet model supports it, try driver version 6.3.17.

Even after the last driver (6.3.20-8) my pen continues to freeze. I even recorded a video to demonstrate the problem (in portuguese - brazil).

No, the problem I had was that the pen stopped responding after pressing a smartkey or a pen button. I have been using my tablet with the latest driver without any problem for a few days now.
Still puzzled by the time it took Wacon to sort it out and the number of buggy versions they came up with...
