New Intuos Pro and the problem with nibs

Postby ivanzorkic » Sat 11. Feb 2017, 10:07

Hi Wacom,

I just got the latest, 2017 Intuos Pro. And, of course, the new, rough surface is eating the nibs like crazy. This is always the case with Intuos tablets, until you wear the surface out a bit. However, I found out that, for some reason, the new Pro Pen 2 does not use the standard nibs any more! I had a stockpile of these nibs and they are now useless! Ah well - fine. I went to the online store to order more - however, you're still not selling the new ones! (it's out of stock). Fortunately, the Intuos has a more smooth surface option, so I went to order that - but that one is also not available!

So, you have a tablet that destroys nibs, you cannot use the old nibs, you cannot buy new nibs, you cannot buy a smoother surface.

What do you expect me to do? I am not really sure how you could let this happen.

Thank you for your time.
