Touch setting is missing

Postby TeeKay » Sun 26. May 2019, 15:34

I bought Wacom Intuos Medium Bluetooth and when I tried to customise setting to my needs I found that "touch settings" is missing. As I know all Intuos models should have touch setting so that shouldn't be the case. For me very important feature because I am using two fingers for zooming and rotating canvas a lot. Anybody having a same issue or maybe know where is the problem.

I am using Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 and the latest drivers for Wacom Intuos.

Hello,
Can you please confirm the model number of your Intuos?
The latest Wacom Intuos models do not have Touch Input - https://www.wacom.com/products/pen-tablets/wacom-intuos#Specifications

Hello, what a disappointment, they launch a new product with less functionality... My model is the CTL-4100, does it have how to unlock the touch? Is the limitation hardware or software?
Can you tell me which models have this functionality?

The Wacom Intuos 2017 does not have a touch sensor. It's not possible to enable this via software or firmware.

If you really need a device with touch, look at the Wacom Intuos Pro line: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/products/pen-tablets/wacom-intuos-pro
