pen intuos 4M, nib suddenly stopped working

Postby mark13 » Sat 8. Jun 2019, 11:11

Hi, I have an INTUOS 4M and the pen nib suddenly stopped working
I can not see the nib pointer, but i can see just the eraser pointer, on the back of the pen and works as a mouse pointer.

I have windows 10, feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 x64 2019-05

Windows recognizes the tablet when plugged in USB (setting>device>bluethooth e other devices)
and I can see a blue light on the tablet blink when i move the eraser pen on tablet.
Instead in "wacom desktop center" I read "no device connectted"

I tried to:
restart service
uninstal/reinstall old driver
uninstal/reinstall last updated driver
change USB
change USB cable
reinstall win 10 on a new ssd
tried tablet on a notebook with Win 7

Need help pls.
Thanks in advance.

That matches the symptoms of the issue. If you are looking for a replacement pen, search for the Wacom Grip Pen - KP501E01 or KP-501E01
